Easlan Management is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Maintenance Technician for Alera West Apartments in Columbia, SC .

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, executing repairs, troubleshooting, ensuring apartment turnovers, and performing preventative maintenance. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Essential Functions

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on vacated apartments, including minor painting, repair walls, doors, woodwork, plumbing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, landscape pruning, and electrical work.
• Maintain properties' interior and exterior appearance to enhance "street curb appeal" for potential tenants.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM,
