Payroll Manager

A company is looking for a Client Payroll Manager (MST or PST).

Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll processing for a high volume of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Oversee daily payroll workflows and lead the payroll team through performance management and training

Handle quarterly and annual payroll tax filings, and resolve tax filing discrepancies and compliance issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of payroll experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role

Proven experience with multi-client or multi-state payroll operations

In-depth knowledge of payroll tax compliance and W-2 processing

Proficiency with Salesforce and payroll software such as iSolve
