Clinical Nurse III : Critical Care Float Pool - Day Shift

Join our dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team! We are seeking dedicated Clinical Nurses to enhance their skills in various critical care areas, including Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and our progressive critical care unit.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will have the unique opportunity to work across all Critical Care areas at our region's only Level I trauma center, further expanding your expertise and competencies, including experience in Emergency Department care and neuro-progressive care areas.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Evaluate and address patient needs through compassionate and effective care.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
