The Nasher Museum is celebrating 20 years of groundbreaking exhibitions and global impact. As our Accounting Specialist, you'll help ensure the financial health of the museum by managing complex accounting tasks, supporting grant reconciliation, and streamlining financial processes. Your work will directly support our mission to amplify historically underrepresented voices in the arts.

What You'll Do :

• Process invoices, purchase orders, expense transfers, and billing
• Reconcile accounts monthly and prepare detailed financial statements
• Analyze financial data to maintain accurate records

Budgeting and Grant Reconciliation 10%

Communication and Coordination 15%

Minimum Qualifications :

Compensation & Benefits : Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $18.00 to USD $26.62.
