Responsibilities

Participate in a structured training program to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.

Assist licensed agents in developing and servicing client accounts.

Learn how to conduct needs analysis to determine appropriate insurance solutions.

Support marketing and outreach activities to generate new business leads.

Help clients complete applications and understand policy options.

Study for and pass the required state licensing exam (if not already licensed).

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Must be willing to obtain insurance licensing within a specified timeframe.

Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
