Job descriptionWork in an acute care hospital as part of the CT Tech unit Patient assignment ratio is 1 : 1 Schedules include day and night 12-hour shifts with start times at 6 : 00, 8 : 00, 15 : 00, or 17 : 00 Self-scheduling based on seniority; must be open to all shift times No floating between units required, but may be expected to float between all facilities within the state per facility policy No call required EMR system used is Epic Locals accepted at the same rate First-time travelers are accepted Former perm staff must wait 3 months before returning and may not submit if they live within 50 miles of the facility Must complete approximately 16 hours of pre-start and annual training modules Free parking provided Navy blue scrubs required All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state if needed Must cover holiday shifts as specified At least 1 year of CT Tech experience required Active CA Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license required; license required if applicable Current ARRT, ARRT Advanced, BLS, and CT certifications required Epic experience required Must provide two supervisory references covering at least one year within the last three years Must commit to working at least 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day) RTO must be disclosed at the time of consideration High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
