1722 Behavior & Consulting is focused on the success of the individual, caregiver, and community. The company provides insurance-funded, private pay, and school-contracted ABA services. In addition, 1722 Behavior & Consulting disseminates the applications of ABA through professional development and community trainings.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with our main office located in Worcester, MA, and our learning center in Sterling, MA, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing direct therapy, and training parents and staff. They will work with individuals, caregivers, and community members to ensure the success and overall well-being of clients.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience with Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Knowledge of Psychology principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
• Experience in providing ABA services in various settings
