About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic SVP, Strategic Partnerships to steer our business development initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to craft and execute innovative strategies that will drive the acquisition of new clients. You will manage the development of a targeted client database and lead our marketing teams—both inbound and outbound—to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
This role is crucial in establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with our customers through direct engagement, meetings, and industry events. You will also collaborate with existing long-term clients to maintain healthy partnerships and proactively identify avenues for organic growth.
Qualified candidates should have 10-15 years of experience in agency business development with a solid record of driving client growth through integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. A strong foundation in client services is essential, as you will lead client engagements, strategic planning, and account management.
The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, excel in managing key client projects, and work effectively with creative teams to fulfill client needs. A proactive mindset in identifying and obtaining approval for expanded scopes of work is vital, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with the leadership team to define new business development focus areas.
