MDM Reltio Consultant / Business Systems Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced MDM Reltio Consultant to lead master data design, configuration, and integration within enterprise environments. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable Reltio solutions, supporting data governance, and ensuring high-quality golden records across domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, and Location.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders

Design Reltio data models including entities, attributes, relationships, and hierarchies

Configure match & merge, survivorship, and data quality rules within Reltio

Define crosswalks, reference data, and validation logic

Partner with integration teams to build APIs and data pipelines (real-time and batch)

Drive data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment efforts

Support data governance, stewardship workflows, and audit controls

Conduct testing (SIT / UAT), defect triage, and user training

Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, mappings, and technical specifications

Advise on best practices for MDM adoption, Reltio performance, and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in Reltio MDM configuration and implementation

Strong understanding of MDM concepts : data modeling, match / merge, survivorship, and DQ rules

Proficiency in REST APIs , Postman / Swagger , and data integration tools (IICS, Talend, Kafka)

SQL proficiency for data profiling and validation

Knowledge of cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Experience working in Agile environments using Jira / Confluence

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)

Knowledge of data quality and governance frameworks

Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or Data Lakehouse architectures

Experience in Healthcare, Retail, or Financial domains
