StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate : $294.88 - $319.20

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Monday-Friday from 7 : 30a-4p with call duties

Practice Setting : Medical Center

Types of Cases : Urology

Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : CPAR

Certifications Required : Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Licensure Required : Any Unrestricted State License
