Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and support a positive, compliant, and growth-oriented workplace. This role involves managing a small HR team, overseeing recruitment and compliance, and partnering with leadership to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor HR staff including Payroll Clerk, HR Generalist, and Office Managers.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building programs.
• Administer HR systems (e.g., Rippling, ADP) and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead change management and process improvement initiatives.
