Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and support a positive, compliant, and growth-oriented workplace. This role involves managing a small HR team, overseeing recruitment and compliance, and partnering with leadership to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor HR staff including Payroll Clerk, HR Generalist, and Office Managers.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building programs.
- Administer HR systems (e.g., Rippling, ADP) and maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead change management and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience across multiple functions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to implement and improve HR systems and processes.Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or multi-site operations is preferred.High integrity, a growth mindset, and a passion for building strong teams.Benefits
