Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to design and scale Infinx's customer advocacy, referral, and lifecycle programs. This person will use AI tools in our GTM stack to capture, package, and amplify customer stories turning them into measurable growth levers that drive referrals, strengthen retention, accelerate expansion, and enable Sales and CS teams with customer proof.
Key Responsibilities :
Launch and scale a customer referral and advocacy program that generates new logo and expansion opportunities
Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams on onboarding, adoption, and renewal / expansion communications
Provide Sales with Customer Proof Kits (testimonial snippets, ROI one-pagers, referenceable customers)
Run an employee + customer amplification program on LinkedIn using AI to repurpose advocacy into posts, infographics, and short-form videos
Operationalize and modernize NPS / CSAT / KLAS follow-up
