Job description

TITLE : Application Support Analyst / Systems Administrator

TYPE : Contract

LOCATION : Norristown, PA

ONSITE / REMOTE / HYBRID : Hybrid

START DATE : September 2025

SHIFT : 1st Shift

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to help manage and support our document management system (OpenText Content Server, branded internally as Cera). This role sits within the Corporate Records Management team and is responsible for administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support of the system. The position works closely with product teams and owners to create documentation, refine processes, and improve the software delivery lifecycle. Success in this role requires flexibility, technical curiosity, and the ability to collaborate across a wide range of teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and validate access groups for leadership teams (ET, SLT, LT, and Management), ensuring compliance with HR data.
  • Test workflows, solutions, system updates, and upgrades within Cera.
  • Develop training guides, user documentation, and communications as required.
  • Provide daily operational support for the Cera system.
  • Partner with team members to deliver customer support for Cera.
  • Administer system access changes for hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Set up folder structures for departments, managers, and project teams.
  • Create access groups for new projects as needed.
  • Update permissions on folders and content in line with requests and approvals.
  • Assist with large-scale content migrations.
  • Build strong working relationships with users and leadership to encourage system adoption.
  • Train users on current and upcoming system capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills, including creating clear user guides and reference materials.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
  • Experience working in environments governed by compliance or regulatory standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver technical support effectively.
  • Experience with document management systems such as Content Server, Extended ECM, Documentum, or OneDrive / SharePoint.
  • Background in designing and executing test plans linked to business requirements.
