Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Pharmacist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025 Duration : 15 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours Employment Type : Travel Pharmacist - Pharmacy Burlington, VT 16 weeks Shift - (Day / Evening)06 : 30 AM - 10 : 00 PM Monday through Friday, shifts are 0630-1500, 10 : 00-18 : 30 or Noon-20 : 00. Assignment for up to 32 weeks. Pharmacist needed for CVMC. Monday through Friday, shifts are 0630-1500, 1000-1830 or Noon-2000. Must have 5 years of experience. Prior travel is not required. Requirements : Sterile Compounding Competency (finger tip and broth test) along with math test Staff Pharmacist competencies to include medication reconciliation, order verification, management of vancomycin dosing and labs, and renal dosing.
