As a Registered Nurse in our Surgery Center, you will have the opportunity to provide both routine and complex care to a diverse range of patients. Key Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate commitment to the OneCHRISTUS Competencies : Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Provide nursing care using the nursing process, ensuring thorough assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for each assigned patient.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families while adhering to your level of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols, and monitor patients for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
• Accurately document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess and identify patient and family education needs; develop resources and strategies to support their understanding and care.
