Construction Superintendent (Multifamily)

Dakota Enterprises is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to join our General Contractor company as a Superintendent for our ground-up multifamily development projects. You’ll be a key driver in managing construction from permitted plans to project closeout. What You’ll Do :

• Lead and manage all on site project activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel.
• Implement construction plans and documents and adhere to project budgets
• Develop and manage schedules, including three-week look-ahead planning, to ensure smooth execution at all stages of the project.
• Drive innovation in construction practices, continually looking for ways to improve processes, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency.
