Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time On-Site Machine Operator in Mebane, NC!

Machine Operator Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $17.00 / hr
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Machine Operator Highlights

  • Schedule : Mon - Thurs 7am - 5 : 30pm, Overtime on Fridays from 7am - 1pm.
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required.
  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

    • Machine Operator Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of related machine operator or manufacturing experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Strong attention to detail. Work well in a team environment.
  • Good documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with computers and various software for general business functionality. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations

    • Skills & Requirements :

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with SAP and MES systems
  • Familiarity with GMP and safety standards
  • Capable of performing preventative maintenance tasks
