Graphik & Motion Designer (m / w / d) - VZ | 100 % Remote | E-Commerce / D2C

Wir bei Naturida entwickeln eigene Marken im E-Commerce, die wir erfolgreich im Markt etablieren – vor allem in den Bereichen Kosmetik & Supplements . Zur Verstärkung unseres Marketing-Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Graphic & Motion Designer (m / w / d) , der unsere Marken durch visuell starke Inhalte sichtbar macht.

Deine Mission : Mit kreativen Video- und Grafikdesigns bringst du unsere Botschaft auf die großen Kanäle – von Meta Ads und Google über Social Media und E-Mail bis hin zu Webseiten, Advertorials und Packaging . Dabei hast du Performance-Daten und Markenidentität gleichermaßen im Blick.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Grafikdesign & Brand Design : Erstellung von hochwertigen Video- und Grafikinhalten für diverse Marketingkanäle wie Meta Ads, Google, Native, Social Media, E-Mail-Kampagnen, Webseiten und Werbematerialien
  • Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenidentität über alle Kanäle hinweg.
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Social Media Creatives (Stills, Story-Formate, Ads).
  • Design von Offline- und Online-Werbematerialien inkl. Drucküberwachung.

Videocutting & Motion Design

  • Erstellung & Bearbeitung von Video-Content für Marketing-Kampagnen (Meta, Google, Native, TikTok).
  • Fokus auf Ad Creatives mit hoher Conversion-Wirkung.
  • Anpassung und Optimierung der Videos anhand von Performance-Daten & Trends.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Media Buyern & Creative Strategists für neue Ad-Ansätze.

    • Packaging & Website Design

  • Entwicklung von markenspezifischen Verpackungsdesigns – von der Idee bis zur Produktion.
  • Laufende Optimierung auf Basis von Feedback & Markttrends.
  • Gestaltung von Landingpages und Produktdetailseiten mit Fokus auf Conversion-Optimierung.
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Web-Entwicklungsteams für Umsetzung & UX-Verbesserungen.

    • Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Graphic Designer / Motion Designer / Videocutter im digitalen Marketing, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder D2C.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma o. ä.
  • Tiefes Verständnis für Brand Design, Storytelling und Konsumpsychologie.
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch bei Ad Creatives (Video & Bild).
  • Erfahrung mit Packaging- und Webdesign von Vorteil.
  • Kreativität gepaart mit datengetriebenem Mindset : Du denkst in KPIs, CTRs und Conversions.
  • Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Freude an enger Teamarbeit.
