Job descriptionSchedule is Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., or until all patients are seen. Call is 1 : 7 (phone call only) Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection / aspiration Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed. Treating pediatrics to geriatrics Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner Average patient census per day is 18-22 EMR : Epic Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates Not accepting Locums candidates
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Active DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
- Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
- EPIC EMR knowledge - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- DEA
- Indiana
- COVID Vaccination, Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics
