What Youll Own
The LoanPro Technical Solutions Architect (II) facilitates Sales and Revenue and acts as a bridge between Sales, Customer Experience, Product and Marketing. By focusing within specific industry verticals you will build use cases, identify and communicate value, deliver success frameworks, and drive product roadmap. You will play a key role in pre and post-sale customer interactions and drive go-to-market success, renewals, and expansions. You will serve as the product subject matter expert and help design customized technical solutions that empower customer businesses. You will demonstrate core company values in interactions with customers and coworkers.
Essential Job Functions
- Takes ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it can fulfill customer needs
- Uses extensive technical knowledge to design solutions that solve customer problems
- Translate technical terms into language understood by a general audience
- Act as a vertical practice expert, thought leader, and trusted advisor
- Lead pre and post-sales interactions to drive clarity, demonstrate value, and highlight partnership
- Become a subject matter expert for multiple products and stay up-to-date on features
- Facilitate discovery sessions with Sales and Partnership teams to understand customer needs
- Build frameworks, templates, presentations, collateral, and business outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales to support account development and projects
- Refine messaging and positioning of LoanPro solutions across functions
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer needs and opportunities
- Onsite work is required; remote work may be possible per manager discretion and company policy
- Other duties as assigned
What Youll Need For Success
5+ years of SaaS, enterprise-level solution consulting experience5+ years of card payments experienceValue-oriented sales approachProven skills in solution selling or pre-salesTechnical proficiency in enterprise SaaS environmentsExperience developing business cases and customer storiesAbility to coordinate with multiple departments to execute proposed projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, self-motivated, quick-study with ability to define goals, manage projects, train others, and prioritize workStrong leadership and project management skillsSolid understanding of the lending industry; able to become a subject matter expertFluency in English (speaking, reading, writing)Benefits Of The Role
