Job descriptionManage a staff of 20-30 employees Ensures Quality, Safety, and Satisfied Customer Experience Responsible for Hiring, Training, Supervising & Evaluating Staff Forecast labor needs and write schedules to align with needs Monitor sanitation practices to ensure compliance Track Inventory Monitor cash handling procedures, reconcile cash accounts Point of Contact for Customer Service Complaints Other duties as assigned Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time.
