This position plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing, customer-centric claims function that delivers measurable impact. The AVP, Claims Enablement will act as a transformative leader responsible for shaping the future of the Claims Organization through modernization of claims capabilities while elevating performance and aligning operations with long-term business objectives. Oversees SIU, Claims Training, and Claims Quality, ensuring operational excellence while championing innovation, talent development, and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Education / Experience : Bachelor's Degree plus 9-11 years progressive growth in Claims Leadership or Master's plus 7-9 years
• Expertise in Claims Management at a Sr Leadership level with a proven track record of transformation and innovation
• Customer Relationship Management & Insurance Fraud Management strategies
• P&C Insurance
• Expertise and ability to ensure compliance with international, state, and local laws and regulations that affect insurance
• Expert level change management and innovation experience
• Strong desire to continuously develop and inspire others to do the same
