Irrigation Construction Foreman

As a Construction Irrigation Foreman, you will help our clients develop and install outstanding landscapes. You will be responsible for helping a landscape construction crew of 2-5 employees and help drive production, quality, safety, and efficiency among the team.

Here's an overview of what you can expect to do while working here :

• Installing irrigation, plant material outdoor lighting and hardscapes using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment such as a Trencher, Mini- excavator and Skid steers in a safe manner.
• Actively promoting the DTE safety program.
• Overseeing Irrigation installs and training the team in proper installation.
• Adjusting crews based on properties or weather conditions
• Ordering Irrigation material in advance to keep the job moving forward.
• Conducting effective safety, equipment and timekeeping training
• Performing site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material
• Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients
• Performing other tasks as assigned
