Key Responsibilities

• Work with the leadership team, the engineering team, and the product team to develop and execute product roadmaps for our AI & platform organization which serves both customers and Eightfold's product lines
• Listen to our customers to internalize and understand their business and technical challenges and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needs
• Build and develop a high-performing team of product leaders and product managers while fostering a culture of growth, customer obsession, and strategic thinking
• Partner with key stakeholders to socialize and drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products in the market
• Understand Eightfold core technological strengths and work to integrate them into the products
• Act as the leader of the platform organization and incorporate forward thinking in terms of the AI & technology infrastructure of Eightfold
• Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly
• Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their competition and customer adoption

Hybrid Work @ Eightfold : We embrace a hybrid work model that aims to boost collaboration, enhance our culture, and drive innovation through a blend of remote and in-person work. We are committed to creating a dynamic and flexible work environment that nurtures the collaborative spirit of our team. Starting May 1, 2025, employees residing near Santa Clara, California, will return to the office three times a week . Employees residing near our London, Bangalore, and Noida offices will return to the office twice a week with the goal of transitioning to three times per week within the year.

The base salary ranges below are provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one component of our total compensation package, as this role may also be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on several factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
