Job description$400,000+ earning potential and a guaranteed base salary in year one $85,000 sign-on bonus $5,000 for relocation $3,000 for reimbursement for Texas medical license, DEA, and association board Health insurance, 401K with match, paid medical malpractice, and 25 days of PTO Prime Central Texas location with direct access to Lubbock and Dallas / Fort Worth No state income tax, so you can keep more of what you earn Enjoy a cost of living 30% below the national average where you can live in downtown, or build your dream home on your own acreage Live in a close-knit community where revitalization is in full swing, with a median age of 32, and tons of outdoor recreation, including a local golf course with a beautiful view for unwinding on your free time

- Manageable Patient Load : See 15-20 patients a day, allowing you to give quality care and develop meaningful interactions

- Collaborative Environment : Practice alongside 2 experienced primary care physicians, a general surgeon, 3 advanced practice clinicians, and a supportive administration team
