They are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to help support their financial planning efforts and contribute to long-term strategic goals, ensuring robust financial health and continued success across all operations.

Job Description

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with manufacturing goals and profitability targets.

Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in manufacturing performance, providing actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability.

Collaborate with leadership and merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to align financial plans with the company's strategic retail objectives.

Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess retail business valuation, store performance, and inventory management.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced coursework or experience in financial modeling is preferred.

A minimum of three years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within the distribution / manufacturing industry.
