Job descriptionGuide and assist residents to learning to live and function as independently as possible in community Provide direct care, interaction and supervision of the residents, inclusive of all daily needs (meals, grooming, personal needs, transportation, recreation, leisure, medical and medication administration) Prepare progress notes, completes daily logs as directed May require some or daily driving as needed by the program Treat residents with dignity and respect including providing opportunities to engage in decision making, constructive activities and habilitative services to the extent they are able Compassionate about the care and well being of others Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent Valid Driver's License Abilty to complete and satisfactorialy pass given background checks Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health. Compensated weekly. Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion : choose opportunities that best fit your schedule. Ability to grow professionally. Access to a broad array of client opportunities.
