Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain patient confidentiality
Collect and verify patient demographic information and schedule appointments
Participate in quality assurance reviews and assist with training as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience
Proficiency in computer data-entry and typing (minimum 40 wpm)
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Customer service orientation with excellent organizational skills
