Bilingual Subrogation Specialist

A company is looking for a Bilingual UM Subrogation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect outstanding balances and provide necessary documentation

Negotiate claims' resolution with insurance carriers and responsible parties

Prepare investigative correspondence and maintain account work standards

Required Qualifications :

1 year of third-party collections and / or subrogation experience required

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry

Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements

Dependability and customer service experience are required

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
