Location : Greater Chicagoland Area
Reports To : Chief Clinical Officer
About the Role
If you’re an experienced Respiratory Therapist ready to lead at a higher level—developing people, shaping care delivery, and driving operational excellence—this is your opportunity.
The Senior Clinical Manager serves as the day-to-day market leader responsible for the culture, compliance, quality, and performance of the respiratory therapy team in their region. You’ll oversee hiring and development, manage productivity and P&L outcomes, and ensure that every clinical decision balances patient care, compliance, and financial stewardship.
You’ll be a key voice within the patient care pod —collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that each patient has a seamless, world-class experience and receiving care we are proud of. Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, operational awareness, and an understanding of the local market and sales dynamics that shape the patient experience.
Most importantly, you’ll help lead the way as an ambassador of change —piloting new processes and systems, helping create SOPs and KPIs, and championing the needs of our RTs.
We’re investing heavily in the RT experience, and this role is central to making our organization the best place for Respiratory Therapists to grow and thrive.
