We are seeking a highly professional Lead Medical Assistant with exceptional customer service skills to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced fertility clinic. This role combines core medical assistant responsibilities with leadership duties, including scheduling, training, and serving as the primary point of contact for the medical assistant team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform medical assistant duties on the floor in a lead capacity
• Support scheduling and training of medical assistant staff
• Serve as the go-to resource for the medical assistant team
• Check patients in and room them for appointments
• Enter patient data into the electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Conduct phlebotomy procedures and blood draws
• Coordinate with onsite providers and respond to patient-related inquiries
