Live under 40 miles from Chicago - Dedicated Block Time - Immediate Referrals - GI

You can have all this as an Employed Gastroenterologist - Valparaiso, Indiana

Northwest Health - Porter has an opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to join a well-established team of physicians. Advanced Gastroenterology procedures in the network! Experienced physicians or new fellows are welcome! All physicians must be Board Eligible or Board Certified.

Indiana  is considered 'physician friendly' related to  malpractice reform  and  reduced non-compete restrictions.   Live within 10 miles of the Indiana Dunes National Park!

About This Position :  Compensation package with Salary, Bonus, Stipend, Student Loans, Relo, CME, and MORE exceeds $775,000

Compensation Package breakdown :

  • Negotiable Guaranteed Salary based on experience + wRVU-
  • New graduate : Greater of 550,000 + wRVU
  • Commencement Bonus and Fellowship Stipend up to $100,000
  • Student Loan Repayment up to $100,000
  • Relocation - $15,000
  • CME / Dues / Lic - $4,500
  • Health, Life, Vision, Dental
  • 401 K with Matching

Job Details :

  • Hospital employed - General Gastroenterology
  • 1 : 4 call
  • Inpatient rounding / consults at only  one  hospital
  • Interested in ERCP-EUS?This is a plus!
  • Block Time  for your Endoscopy procedures
  • In the clinic - 2 endoscopy suites
  • Hospital - 2 endoscopy suites and 1 advanced endoscopy suite
  • Immediate practice with over 30 primary care referring physicians
  • Collaborate  with Top Notch ER Physicians and Hospitalists
  • Subspecialty  support , including a closed ICU with Intensivists
  • Dedicated  office and procedure time and support staff to  maximize  efficiency
