Position

We're hiring a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we provide the training and client volume to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

Cut and style hair for men, women, and kids (or be willing to learn)

Provide beard trims, fades, shaves, and styling services

Train to our professional standards and practices — regardless of your past knowledge

Deliver great customer service in a clean, welcoming shop

Build lasting client relationships and contribute to a strong team culture

Compensation

Hourly pay + tips

Commission bonuses once sales goals are met (on top of hourly + tips)

After 1 year : option to operate as an independent contractor on commission only and run your own business inside the shop

Requirements

Active New Mexico Barber OR Cosmetology License (or near completion if you're in school)

Willingness to train under our shop standards

Comfortable working with all ages and genders, or open to learning

Professional, reliable, and motivated
