Potential Opportunity : Medical Technologists

Location : Togus VA, Augusta, Maine

Shifts : Full-Time, Contract

The Role

Join our VA Health System lab team performing vital diagnostic testing in :

  • Chemistry & Urinalysis (Abbott Architect, Alinity, Beckman Coulter, manual testing)
  • Blood Bank (crossmatching, antibody ID, blood product processing)
  • Hematology / Coagulation (Sysmex, ACL Top, Alcor iSed)
  • Microbiology (plating, gram staining, Microscan, PCR)
  • Phlebotomy and sample processing Maintain quality control, ensure accurate documentation, and follow CAP standards.

Requirements

  • National MT / MLS / CLS certification (ASCP or equivalent)
  • 3+ years recent experience across all listed disciplines
  • Fluent in English, technically proficient, with current continuing education
