GenAI Hackathon Program Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive contractor to support the FY26 Global Hackathon. This role requires prior experience managing or supporting large-scale hackathons, particularly those focused on Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across a global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for the FY26 Global Hackathon.
• Coordinate logistics and communications across 17+ global sites, ensuring consistency and alignment.
• Develop and implement a judging methodology, including criteria, scoring rubrics, and judge onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all hackathon-related inquiries, providing timely and effective responses.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution of the program.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, technology, and regional teams.
• Provide business analyst support for other team deliverables as needed, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
