The Nursing Professional Development Specialist promotes relevant professional development opportunities and mentorship for members of the department of nursing at all levels to assist with the achievement of personal and professional goals.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) : \n

• MSN or intent to complete MSN within five (5) years of hire.\n
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required.\n
• Three (3) years nursing experience.\n
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact required.\n
• AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S) : \n
