Role Overview

The Shoe Stylist (P / T) is responsible for applying selling techniques to merchandise and developing a client base to build sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
• Maintain outstanding standards in every aspect of customer service.
• Possess an understanding of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
• Demonstrate salesmanship skills by consistently achieving and maintaining sales productivity levels.
• Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.

Compensation

The pay range of this position is $16-$19 / hr. Actual rate will be determined based on candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and 401K, if applicable.
