Award winning general practice law firm based in Central Pennsylvania is looking for an Associate Attorney with a strong desire to learn, a competitive spirit and endless energy. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience and Pennsylvania Bar membership. Consideration will be given to graduating attorneys with strong academic credentials. The attorneys in our mid-size law firm believe that excellence matters, and are driven to provide exceptional results for our clients in Dauphin / Lebanon / Lancaster / Berks area. Our fast paced environment requires commitment and flexibility on a daily basis, and provides an opportunity to grow specifically in an already robust family law and general litigation practice.

This is a full time position with a competitive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, and paid time off. The right candidate could have an opportunity to grow to a partnership position. Experience preparing briefs and pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions in court is preferred. Position requires ability to conduct legal research and discovery, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing demands, responses, motions, summaries, agreements, pleadings and legal correspondence. This position will also require a candidate who is able to work with a demanding caseload, and with a high level of attention to detail.

Pay range is $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
