Customer Service Representative
We Energies is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Multiple Locations) in either our Marshfield or Sparta Gas Office locations. This position is represented by We Energies L2150 Union. Provide outstanding customer service while responding to internal and external customer inquiries, questions, and problems. Provide clerical support and perform administrative duties for several work groups. The primary purpose of this job is to accurately enter / maintain office and construction records, aid Call Center and Dispatch personnel with customer situations, and complete all tasks necessary to keep operations of office running smoothly.
