Job descriptionDrive the production of standard personal lines insurance accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Proactively generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed production goals. Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges including handling rejection professionally. Licensure / Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Experience : Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required preferably in the insurance industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently in a one-person shop environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-oriented setting with opportunities for advancement.

Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic one-person shop with significant potential for career growth including the possibility of future ownership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for building relationships with clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $45000 - $55000 (on a draw)
- Benefits : While no formal benefits are currently offered the company is willing to cover the cost of benefits for the right candidate.
