Position Overview :

We're seeking a Senior Water / Wastewater Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of impactful water and wastewater treatment projects, helping to create sustainable solutions that enhance everyday life. Key Responsibilities and Skills :

• Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and on-time completion.
• Support business development through proposal input, client meetings, and solution-focused presentations.
• Partner with clients to understand their needs, present innovative technical solutions, and build lasting relationships.
• Perform process modeling, hydraulic analyses, and develop design documentation, including PFDs and P&IDs.
• Specify and design treatment systems such as activated sludge, BNR, MBR, filtration, and disinfection technologies.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across engineering disciplines to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and innovation.
• Participate in site visits during design, construction, and start-up to support performance optimization and troubleshooting.
