Sales Associate – San Juan Capistrano Resale Store

Location :  31878 Del Obispo Street, San Juan Capistrano, CA, USA

As a Sales Associate, you'll deliver top-notch customer care, process donations, and keep our store welcoming and organized-all while championing the work of Laura's House.

What You'll Do

• Be a warm, mission-aware welcome : Greet walk-ins, share information about Laura's House, and ensure every visitor feels valued.
• Manage the register with ease : Open and close the cash drawer, operate the POS system accurately, and balance transactions at shift's end.
• Curate and support : Tag, organize, and display merchandise and donations with care and respect.
• Keep the store inviting : Help with cleaning-dusting, sweeping, and tidying both inside and outside the store.
• Stay responsive : Answer calls, assist customers, donors, and volunteers with schedule intake or information.
• Maintain order & safety : Keep displays tidy, uphold a secure environment.
• Always uphold confidentiality and professionalism with employees and customers.
• Team engagement : Support your Store Manager by taking on additional tasks assigned.
