The Opportunity :

CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, software integration, software development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.

Responsibilities :

The Multi-Factor Authentication Management System (MFAMS) is seeking a software engineer to work with a team of developers to support enterprise web applications across multiple fabrics. MFAMS is a Cybersecurity Services web application designed to support Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) tools and services. This role is part of team of developers who will implement new features, capabilities and address defects.

The developer should be able to define, manage, and deliver capabilities within an existing team. The candidate will be expected to provide input throughout the software lifecycle to include testing. The developer should be able to work collaboratively within an existing team.

Qualifications :

TS / SCI Clearance with polygraph

Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines is required.

8+ years of software engineering experience is required. 3+ years’ work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains is required.

4+ years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, for a total of 12 years.

Java Development Experience

Ability to review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results and correct code as needed

Experience Performing Development in the eVo environment to include familiarity and use of tools in the environment (GreyBox, Spring, Docker etc.)

Use of Gitlab, CI / CD, build pipelines

Understanding of Full Stack development

Familiar with AWS

Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements

Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application

Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.

Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML / HTML

Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.

Experience with engaging with leadership, customers, and interfacing teams

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is :

$113,200 - $237,800
