Houseperson - Walk In Interviews Tuesday - Thursday

We seek team members passionate about building lasting vacation memories for guests visiting our resort properties! The position assists and supports the Room Attendants by ensuring that our guest rooms meet their high standards upon their arrival at our properties. You'll also interact with our guests by delivering extra items to rooms.

What will I be doing

We provide excellent service to our guests and owners while staying at the resort! Promptly assisting guest inquiries and needs while following brand standards.

• Provide customer service to guests, including information about resort services, activities, and local attractions. Remove used and replace with new all linens, towels, and vital products and supplies Transport clean and dirty linen to and from Operations and the Buildings. Maintain work carts / stations as necessary to optimize appearance and efficiency.
• Ensure all items delivered to the guest rooms are clean and in working order. Be a self-inspector by examining carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or wear. Report maintenance deficiencies, replenish linen and guest amenities, and assist co-workers when requested.
• Work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, flexible with spontaneous guest demands.
• Identify and report preventative or maintenance issues in the public area or guest rooms.
