Sign-on Bonus up to $15,000. Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior A&P Mechanic to joinour maintenance team in Monroeville, AL. This role is essential to ensuring thesafety, reliability, and performance of our light aircraft fleet. The idealcandidate is a proactive problem-solver with a commitment to excellence inaviation maintenance.
Location& Schedule : Monroeville, AL. Schedule Full-time 7 & 7. Candidates must live within a one-hour drive orsixty (60) miles from the base (whichever is greater) of the candidate'sresidence. Travel between bases is required

KeyResponsibilities :
- Performscheduled and unscheduled maintenance on light aircraft to ensure airworthinessand compliance with FAA regulations.
- Diagnoseand repair mechanical and avionics issues, including sheet metal repair andavionics troubleshooting / repair.
- Maintaindetailed maintenance records and documentation as required by the FAA andcompany policies.
- Workcollaboratively with the operations team to minimize downtime and optimizeaircraft performance.
- Travel between bases
- Performmaintenance tasks during night shifts as dictated by operational requirements.
Requirements :
HighSchool diploma or equivalent.FAAMechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.Atleast 2 years of experience as a certified mechanic performing maintenance onlight aircraft.Basiccommunication and computer skills.Experiencein sheet metal repair and / or avionics troubleshooting / repair is highlydesirable.Mustbe able to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including a functional capacityexam (strength and flexibility assessment, lifting up to 100 pounds), drugscreening, and background check.
