The Role You'll Play :

As Manager of FP&A at Mindbody, you won't just crunch numbers—you'll shape the decisions that drive our business forward. Leading a high-performing team of analysts, you'll work cross-functionally to inform strategy, optimize performance, and build the models that power our growth. This role is part finance expert, part business partner, and part strategist. You'll embed within teams, bring clarity to complexity, and turn data into insight that drives impact.

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts (2), overseeing workstreams, career development, and workload balance
• Drive annual budgeting and long-range financial planning for the organization
• Serve as a strategic partner to operational teams, helping unlock performance through financial insight
• Build scenario models and business cases that guide decision-making and support new initiatives
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for optimization and growth
• Deliver actionable, data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business
• Influence priorities across departments through financial storytelling and insight
• Champion best practices in financial analysis, modeling, and operational rigor
