About the Role
We're looking for a Demand Generation Marketer to build and scale Decagon's performance marketing engine. In this role, you'll take ownership of our paid programs across channels like Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platformsrunning campaigns end-to-end, optimizing for efficiency, and ensuring our pipeline continues to grow.
This is an opportunity for someone early in their career (35 years of experience) who wants to go deep on performance marketing while also flexing into broader demand generation initiatives. You'll work closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership to test new ideas, uncover what works, and double down on channels that drive real revenue impact.

You May Be A Good Fit If You :
Have 35 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
Are comfortable owning paid campaigns end-to-end across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms (from creative briefs to launch, optimization, and reporting).
Are analytical and data-driven, with experience using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms to optimize performance.
Love testing new ideaswhether that's ad copy, audiences, channels, or creativeand turning experiments into repeatable playbooks.
Can flex beyond paid media into other demand gen initiatives (email, landing pages, events, ABM campaigns) as opportunities arise.
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, where you're expected to take ownership, move quickly, and learn as you go.
Are eager to grow your career, take on bigger projects over time, and eventually own more of the demand gen function as Decagon scales
Even Better If You :
Have experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Roadway, Unify or other CRM / automation tools for campaign tracking and reporting.
Have worked closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment on pipeline goals.
Bring fresh ideas and curiosity about emerging channels, creative approaches, or AI-driven marketing tools.
