The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Service Analyst in our Des Moines Office.
Job Summary :
Responsible for executing administrative and operational tasks to enhance efficiency, quality, and service performance, aiming to exceed our clients' expectations through data-driven decisions. Demonstrates client service, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to analyze data for effective collaboration with other members of the service team.
Responsibilities :
- Workflow Management : Holds appropriate meetings to ensure efficient work distribution. Responsible for the timely completion of escalated call management.
- Work Order Review : Reviews and updates work orders according to client requirements in order to eliminate discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
- Proposals and Quotes : Reviews, validates, and submits quotes and proposals. Responsible for pricing and purchasing parts for technicians to complete follow-up calls.
- Billing Review : Supports the review of work order billings for online clients and enters invoices into third party online programs per the client billing requirements.
