Job descriptionSet up and operate lathe machines to produce precision components Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to develop machining strategies Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient and accurate machining Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Collaborate with CNC programmers and engineers to troubleshoot and improve processes Maintain documentation for setups and operations Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in lathe machining and setup Proficiency with manual and CNC lathe machines Experience with precision components and tight tolerances Familiarity with ISO quality standards and lean manufacturing principles Strong understanding of machining processes and materials Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective communication and teamwork abilities Competitive salary Career Development and Cross-Training Opportunities Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Simple IRA and Roth IRA options with company contributions Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Leave, Holidays) Paid Term Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance Modern, Climate-Controlled Facility
