Position Overview

The Assistant Controller is responsible for supporting the financial management and accounting functions of our restaurant. This role will ensure compliance with GAAP, assist in financial reporting, and contribute to the overall financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Assist in the development and management of budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain financial schedules and analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the implementation of financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
